House buying is stressful, but having someone you can trust made it painless for us. We put in an offer right around the time Covid-19 started and Elaine made sure we were contractually covered in case there were any unforeseeable delays beyond our control (there were not!).

Where to begin? We first met Elaine when we were in Seattle while interviewing for a job at a local Company. She showed us a beautiful apartment that we loved and we mentioned to her that we would like to stay in touch (in case the job offer was good and we would move to Seattle, a long shot) Elaine kept in touch with us, she called us to follow-up several times, but in the "good way", (unlike most real estate agents) giving us excellent information about other homes and options; really outstanding efforts to keep us in the loop. Fast forward a few weeks, we got the job and we`re in Seattle. I cannot express with words how helpful Elaine was to first, select the perfect rental apartment for us and then a new home. Simply put: without Elaine, we would've ended up buying something very expensive and not to our taste. The house that we live in is the best we could've found and it was the result of a lot of work and dedication to details that Elaine put in our case.
